Rachel: Final Thoughts

After being in China for five days, and experiencing countless relics, cultural moments, and sharing science, I’m sad to have to leave it all behind tomorrow. I’ve spent time in other places around the world, but never felt as welcomed and also educated in the local culture, language, and customs as I have here in China. It was amazing to see the breath of background, interest, and style that so many fellow students are displaying, not only here in China, but world-wide.
